  • Refunds will only be considered if services were not rendered within the agreed timeline or if the deliverables do not meet the outlined scope.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the expected completion or delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Please note that partial refunds may apply if a portion of the services has already been provided. Refunds will not be granted for services already fully rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services with Starlet Project LLC under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations are permitted when the client has not received the agreed level of service or support outlined in their selected plan.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of service delivery. If work has already started, the cancellation may not be possible, and the client may be responsible for full payment.
  • To initiate a cancellation, clients must contact us via email or through our support team. We will review and confirm whether the cancellation is applicable.
